- Any manufacturing fault.
- Any part damaged from intentional damage or improper use.
- Any part damaged by water damaged.
- Normal battery life depreciation.
NB - All our screens are inspected before shipment. No screen will be shipped with torn cables or cracked glass.
Returns
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please complete the following steps.

Contact us by email or
WhatsApp to request an RMA number. -
We will assess your RMA and
reply to you within 48 hours. -
All faulty items will be shipped back
at the customers expense. -
On receipt of your item
it will be examined by one of our technicians
to determine the fault. -
A replacement part will be shipped
if the item is deemed
to be a manufacturing fault. -
If the part is faulty
for any other reason no refund or
replacement will be issued.
