QiAnLi Software Tool Download (WIN)

  1. Download and install the software the software 
  2. Install the driver
  3. Connect the iD face programmer to the PC using a USB-C cable
  4. Update the firmware if required
  5. Connect the faulty FACE ID flex to the programmer
  6. On the software select LOAD CHIP to read the data
  7. Connect the new QiAnLi dot projector flex
  8. On the software select BURN DATA to write the data to the new chip

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please complete the following steps.

  • Contact us by email or
    WhatsApp to request an RMA number.

  • We will assess your RMA and
    reply to you within 48 hours.

  • All faulty items will be shipped back
    at the customers expense.

  • On receipt of your item
    it will be examined by one of our technicians
    to determine the fault.

  • A replacement part will be shipped
    if the item is deemed
    to be a manufacturing fault.

  • If the part is faulty
    for any other reason no refund or
    replacement will be issued.
