Operation: 

  • Step 1: Connect your JC U2 via lighting USB cable to power on (use an apple power plug not pc usb port)

  • Step 2: Click the right function button to select language (language option available only on when you power on JC U2)

  • Step 3: Connect your iPhone/iPad with JC U2 via data connecting cable

  • Step 4:  Optional for you to click the left  function button to switch vertical or horizontal display

  • Step 5: Check the available data of U2 (Tristar) chip and SN,  status  showing as NG or OK for each testing results.

    Results:

    • NG = BAD

    • OK = Good

    Returns

    If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please complete the following steps.

    • Contact us by email or
      WhatsApp to request an RMA number.

    • We will assess your RMA and
      reply to you within 48 hours.

    • All faulty items will be shipped back
      at the customers expense.

    • On receipt of your item
      it will be examined by one of our technicians
      to determine the fault.

    • A replacement part will be shipped
      if the item is deemed
      to be a manufacturing fault.

    • If the part is faulty
      for any other reason no refund or
      replacement will be issued.
