Refund policy

Returns go to: Orantek Ltd (Screenshelf), 24 Orancourt, Oranmore, Galway, H91 N9P1, Ireland. Please contact us at sales@screenshelf.ie or 087 451 7596 before sending anything, so we can give you a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Changed your mind (consumers): 14 days

• You can cancel up to 14 days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.
• Send the items back unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a condition to be resold, within 14 days of telling us.
• You pay the cost of returning unwanted items.
• We refund the price and the original delivery charge (up to the cost of our standard delivery option) to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back.
• Items that have been fitted, used or damaged cannot be returned as unwanted.

Faulty items: 30 days

If an item is faulty within 30 days of purchase, you can choose a full refund, a repair or a replacement. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of the item reaching us. Repairs and replacements are processed as a priority.

Warranty: 12 months

Every part is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless the product page says otherwise. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, accidents, misuse, liquid or modification. Consumers' statutory rights are not affected. Trade customers

The 14-day cancellation right is for consumers. Trade customers can return unwanted, unused items by agreement. Trade customers who spend €300 or more a month get free returns.
