These terms apply to every order placed on screenshelf.ie. The seller is Orantek Ltd, trading as Screenshelf, 24 Orancourt, Oranmore, Galway, H91 N9P1, Ireland. Company number (CRO) 576549, VAT IE3406549TH. Email sales@screenshelf.ie, phone 087 451 7596.
We sell to consumers and to businesses (repair shops, technicians and resellers). Some parts of these terms apply only to consumers or only to business customers, and say so. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is made when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or has been listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you and you can choose a refund or an alternative.
Trade accounts are for repair businesses, technicians and regular buyers, and are approved at our discretion. Trade prices show when you are logged in. Trade pricing is for your own business use and may change. We may close a trade account that is misused.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Revolut. Payment is taken when you place your order.
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of telling us. We refund the price and the original standard delivery charge; you pay the cost of sending the item back. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
If you buy as a business, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply; unwanted items may be returned by agreement. Our total liability to a business customer for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or labour costs. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We take care to describe parts and compatibility accurately. Please check the model number of the device before ordering, and contact us if you are unsure. Product photos are for illustration and small differences in appearance can occur between batches.
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by Irish law. Consumers can bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland or of the country where they live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it.
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
