It's heat resistant (up to 500°C), safe to use, durable, flexible and foldable. As it is made of silicone, it is resistant to wear and corrosion. It is an anti-slip working desk that is easy to clean and is washable. Complete your workshop with this Silicone Repair Mat Pad.

Step 1 - Contact Us

In the unlikely event you experience an issue with your purchase please contact us by email or WhatsApp to request an RMA number.

Step 2 - RMA Number

We will assess your RMA request and reply to you within 24 hours.We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to ship back your item. Occasionally we may request some photos or videos depending on the issue encountered.

Step 3 - Return Item

Return your item to our store. Items are shipped back at the customer’s expense. On receipt of the returned item, it will be examined by one of our technicians to determine the fault

Step 4 - Resolution

A replacement part, store credit or refund will be issued to the customer once the defect/fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue. 
No refund will be offered for any item returned that is deemed defective due to any non-manufacturing fault
