Orders placed before the cut-off, Monday to Friday, leave our warehouse the same day.
We ship across the EU with UPS. Orders ship from Ireland, so there are no customs charges or import paperwork within the EU.

Open a trade account with a valid EU VAT number and your orders are invoiced without Irish VAT.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Orders placed after the cut-off, at the weekend or on a bank holiday ship on the next working day.
You can add to an order that hasn't been dispatched yet. Place a second order before the cut-off for your first order's delivery method (UPS Ireland 6pm, An Post 4pm, UPS Next Day EU 4pm, UPS Standard EU/UK 6pm, Monday to Friday) and choose Add to my open order – ships in the same parcel at checkout. Shipping is free and we pack everything in the same parcel to the same address.
Log in to your account with the same email address first, so the option shows at checkout. Orders waiting on pre-order stock stay open until they ship.
Delays caused by things outside our control, like extreme weather or carrier disruption, can happen. If your parcel is late, contact us and we'll chase it for you.
