1. Please be aware that we only accept returns if the issue with your LCD is determined to be a manufacturing defect. Due to our rigorous and thorough testing process, manufacturing faults are extremely rare.
2. Before installation, you are required to perform a "soft fit" of the LCD and conduct a pretest. A soft fit involves connecting the LCD to the motherboard without removing any protective seals or plastic coverings, and without permanently securing the LCD into the device.
3. During the pretest, you must verify the functionality of the LCD, by checking the display and touchpad for any defects. Only after successfully completing the pretest should the LCD be installed.
4. If a defect is found during the pretest, the installation should stop immediately, and the issue must be reported to us without delay.
5. If the LCD becomes defective after installation, it will indicate improper fitting, and the warranty will be voided.
6. We stand behind the quality of our products and will honour any legitimate manufacturing faults. However, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse or accidental damage.
7. If you experience any issues with your LCD and suspect it may be due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email WhatsApp or our online chat. We may ask you to provide a video and/or images showing the issue.
8. All returned items will undergo a thorough inspection by our technicians to determine the cause of the defect.
