Unwanted items: up to 14 days

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of delivery. You don't need to give a reason. Returns are accepted on these conditions:

1. Items must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and suitable for resale within 14 days of cancellation.
2. You pay the cost of return shipping for unwanted items.
3. Refunds go back to your original payment method and include the original delivery charge, up to the value of our standard delivery option.
4. Items can't be returned if they have been used, damaged or are not in a resalable condition.

Faulty items: up to 30 days

If a fault appears within 30 days of purchase, you can return the item for a full refund, a repair or a replacement.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of the item reaching our warehouse.
• Repairs and replacements are given priority and processed as quickly as possible.

What is covered?

Every item is covered against genuine manufacturing defects for 12 months from the original purchase date, unless stated otherwise on the product.

What is not covered?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover goods that have been installed incorrectly, damaged by accident or on purpose, misused, neglected or modified in any way.

Screenshelf decides whether a defect or damage is covered by the warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

Start a claim in any of these ways:

1. Online account: log in to your account and submit a return request.
2. Email: send your order number and details of the issue to sales@screenshelf.ie.
3. Phone: call us on 087 451 7596.
4. Live chat: use the chat button on our website.

Our support team will review your request to check whether it is covered. If your claim is approved, you'll receive:

1. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
2. Full return instructions, including the return address and packaging requirements

Please note: returns can't be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Who can open a trade account?

Repair shops, repair technicians and anyone who buys parts regularly. Trade customers save up to 20% on parts and accessories, and validated EU businesses can shop VAT-free.

Logging in

Log in using My account at the top right of the website. Once you're logged in, your trade prices show automatically on every product.

Resetting your password

Forgotten your password? Click Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset it.

Changing your email address or password

You can update your details from your account page. Order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.

Trade returns

Trade customers who spend €300 or more a month get free returns.
